A new area of my focus is communications--getting word out about the tremendous value that Baldrige creates for organizations and the U.S. economy. My husband and I have three children who are young adults, ages 24, 22, and 19. We also enjoy our lovable 14 1/2-year-old Jack Russell terrier named Max.
